Terms and Conditions for Loyalty Card Program

Thank you for choosing our taxi services! We are pleased to offer a loyalty card program to our frequent customers, which provides the following benefits:

• Nine rides at regular prices

• The 10th ride at a 50% discount

 

To ensure that our loyalty card program is fair to all customers, we have established the following terms and conditions:

1. The loyalty card is issued by Bin Busy Taxi Service to its customers who frequently use its services.

2. The discount applies only to the fare of the 10th ride and not to any additional charges, such as tolls or parking fees.

3. The 10th ride cannot be used to travel outside Gloucester City boundaries.

4. The 10th ride must not involve more than one pick-up or drop-off point.

5. The loyalty card is not transferable and holds no monetary value.

6. Lost or stolen loyalty cards will not be replaced, and Bin Busy Taxi Service is not responsible for any unauthorised use of the card.

7. The loyalty card cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.*

8. Bin Busy Taxi Services reserves the right to modify or cancel the loyalty card program at any time without notice.

9. The Bin Busy Taxi Driver will resolve any disputes related to the loyalty card program, and their decision will be final.

10. All Bin Busy Taxi Services drivers have the right to refuse service without explanation.
     

In addition to the above terms and conditions, the following apply:

• The loyalty card cannot be used for airport pickups or drop-offs.

• The discount on the 10th ride is subject to a maximum fare limit of £20, beyond which the discount will not be applicable.

• The loyalty card cannot be used in conjunction with any other payment method or promotional offers.*

• The discount on the 10th ride cannot be redeemed for cash or any other benefits.

• Bin Busy Taxi Service reserves the right to change the discount percentage, the number of rides, or any other feature of the loyalty card program without prior notice.

• The loyalty card cannot be transferred to another person or entity or sold or auctioned off.

• Bin Busy Taxi Service is not responsible for any loss or damage caused due to the use of the loyalty card or the failure to use it prior to the withdrawal of the scheme.

• The loyalty card can be used only for personal use and not for any commercial purposes**.
